Brightwater is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join the dedicated and caring team at Brightwater Birralee, located in Innaloo. This facility supports 30 permanent residents and 30 transitional care clients, offering high-quality services tailored to individuals with advanced dementia and complex care needs.
This role is being offered on a part-time fixed term basis. Working hours are 9am-4pm Monday to Thursday each week, with the contract term from mid December 2025 until 25th June 2026. Due to our operational needs and the nature of the role the successful candidate must be able to work on site and cover these core business hours.
The successful candidate for this role will professionally greet visitors to the site and be the first point of contact for phone calls. As a valued member of the Birralee team you will provide administrative and general support to the Service Manager and the wider Brightwater team.
