The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to invite applications for an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our team at Brightwater Redcliffe. Our Redcliffe site features 50 private rooms across six individual houses, each designed to feel warm and homely, complete with its own living room, kitchen, and dining area.

As CNM, you will work in close partnership with the Service Manager to uphold the highest standards of clinical care, in alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of holistic, client-centred care that reflects our mission and values.

About You

We’re looking for a confident clinical leader who brings both expertise and heart to their work. You will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Nurse (preferably in Residential Aged Care)
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of the lived experiences of people with dementia and their families. Proven leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring others
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Understanding of clinical audits and continuous improvement processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with aged care standards and sector requirements
  • Experience in recruitment and staff performance management
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in an on-call roster

Essential Requirements:

  • Current WA Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
  • Key personnel checks required
