As a Brightwater Disability Enrolled Nurse, you will participate in orientation and coaching for your new role. You will have 24/7 senior staff support, on-site or over the phone. We also support our Enrolled Nurses who are on a pathway to become a Registered Nurse.

We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses to join the disability team for PM and Night Shifts at:

North of the River:

The Transitional Accommodation Program based at Marangaroo, a 23-bed facility supporting individuals 16-65 years old with disability with a range of diagnoses and complex medical conditions. The program supports clients to successfully transition from hospital to home or supported accommodation. Work with the multidisciplinary team to make a difference in clients’ life outcomes.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver strong clinical care.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Support individualised care plans and contribute to holistic client outcomes.
  • Have an empathetic and positive approach.
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on clients.
  • Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination 
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to secure) for the Marangaroo site.
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
