The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, working alongside registered nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services, and site administration staff. Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents.
About the Site
Brightwater Redcliffe offers 50 private rooms thoughtfully arranged across six individual houses. Each house is designed to feel warm and welcoming, featuring its own comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting dining area, creating a true sense of home for every resident.

• Morning Shifts: 7:00 AM – 13:00pm
• Days Available: Monday through Sunday

About You
You bring compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to person-centered care. Your role will involve delivering safe, respectful, and individualized support that aligns with each resident’s personal values and preferences. This includes:
• Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care
• Supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
• Facilitating mobility and providing wound care
• Encouraging companionship and social engagement
You will also take ownership of specialist clinical portfolios, which may include:
• Continence and nutrition/weight management
• Wound and falls management
• Behaviours of concern and pain management
• Medication administration and infection control
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in aged care, with a focus on dementia care
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Leadership qualities and the ability to guide shifts with empathy and mentorship
