Brightwater is looking for enthusiastic, newly graduated Enrolled and Registered Nurses for its graduate program in our Residential Aged Care facilities. There is one intake per year, with positions commencing in March of each year. This program offers Fixed Term Part Time contracts (9 months, 60 hours per fortnight, weekday shifts only) with potential permanency available on successful completion.

As a graduate nurse at Brightwater you will:

• Deliver inclusive, person-centred care
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our clients

You will be supported through:

• Clinical Mentors, Facilitators and Graduate Program Team for support and supervision​
• Initial supernumerary shifts​
• Professional Development days​

What you’ll need:

• AHPRA registration prior to commencement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
• First Aid Certificate (with valid CPR, less than 3 years old)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check ?
