The role of the Behaviour Support Practitioner is to work closely with clients and their support system to collaboratively develop strategies that can improve their quality of life, understand their needs and reduce behaviours of concern. The Behaviour Support Practitioner develops and implements individualised Behaviour Support Plans to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, with the assistance of clinical and allied health teams as required. We pride ourselves in maintaining a close working relationship with one another and ensure a self reflective practice is of a high priority.
We are offering a permanent full time contract, based in our Capacity Building team, located in our Oats Street site in East Victoria Park however we have very flexible options to work from home or other Brightwater locations in the metro area.
