We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Brightwater team at our North of the river sites.

Brightwater are seeking to fill, ESTABLISHED, FIXED TERM, and CASUAL vacancies AM, PM and ND shifts between Monday to Friday, our AM shift typically being 7am to 3.15pm, our PM shift typically between 3pm and 10.15pm and ND 10pm -7:15am.

The ideal candidate is available to work a minimum of 3x shifts per week between Monday - Friday.

The Role:

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

• Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Deliver a strong clinical care service
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
• Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check

Our Northern Residential Aged Care facilities include:

Oxford Gardens:

A 61-bed facility based in Joondalup. Caters for clients with high care needs and memory support units.

Kingsley:

Our Kingsley site is a highly regarded Transitional Aged Care (TCP) facility, which provides short term accommodation for those leaving hospital.

Madeley:

A 110-bed facility based in Madeley. Caters for clients with a range of different needs, including memory support needs.
