Our Brightwater Oats Street team are seeking a dynamic Client Services Officer who wants to make a difference in our clients lives by providing support to our dedicated staff. We are offering this position on a Casual basis.
The position of Client Services Officer (CSO) is to create and maintain positive and strong client relationships, plan and arrange fortnightly rosters to ensure that appropriate staff are rostered to meet client’s care needs, contractual obligations, and site needs. This position is also expected to input relevant client and staff data into the relevant IT system as well as maintain relevant records and produce appropriate reports.
