Our Brightwater Central team are seeking a proactive, solutions focused Client Services Officer who wants to make a difference in our clients lives by providing support to our dedicated staff. 

 

The position of Client Services Officer (CSO) is to create and maintain positive and strong client relationships, plan and arrange fortnightly rosters to ensure that appropriate staff are rostered to meet client’s care needs, contractual obligations, and site needs. This position is also expected to input relevant client and staff data into the relevant IT system as well as maintain relevant records and produce appropriate reports.

To be successful in this role, you will have.

  • Excellent data entry and computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people in various environments.
  • Ability to work within a team environment that is flexible, adaptive and collaborative in the achievement of objectives, responding positively to challenges.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work autonomously and remotely, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem solving initiative and the ability to resolve issues.
  • Strong customer service skills and a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Prior experience in a NDIS environment (desirable)

 

You will also possess:

  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
