Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people living with dementia?

Do you thrive in a role where compassion, innovation, and person-centred care come together?

If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Care Workers / Community Support Workers (CSW) to join our team in providing exceptional dementia care to our clients living in the community.

In addition to working with our clients in their own private homes, you will also have the opportunity to be part of the team working on new, groundbreaking BrightRespite program designed to enhance the lives of individuals living with dementia. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative service delivery, helping to shape the future of dementia care in our community.

Our CSW’s typically work anywhere between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The BrightRespite program (which currently held once a month at some of Perth’s finest venues) requires CSW’s to work rosters across three consecutive days including  overnight shifts from 4.30 pm to 8.30am.

If you want to know more about this opportunity and our BrightRespite program, please contact Helen on 0437 624 760 or via email at [email protected]

What We Offer:

  • The chance to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where your ideas matter.
  • Opportunities to be part of an innovative dementia care program that challenges traditional models of support.
  • Ongoing training and professional development in dementia-specific care and best practices.
  • A supportive, collaborative team that values your contributions and expertise.
  • Competitive remuneration and conditions, including access to salary packaging benefits.
  • The ability to truly make an impact on the lives of people with dementia and their families

What We’re Looking For:

  • A compassionate, person-centred approach to dementia care.
  • Experience working with people living with dementia, ideally in home or community settings
  • A commitment to enhancing quality of life through meaningful engagement and tailored support
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to embrace innovative care models
  • Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid WA driver’s license and a vehicle to travel between clients

This is more than just a job - it’s an opportunity to be part of a movement that is transforming the way we support people living with dementia. If you are ready to take your career to the next level and be part of something truly special, we encourage you to submit your application today!
