About the role 

The Customer Relations Officer plays a key role in contributing to the high standard of customer service and continuous improvement of our customer experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer feedback/ complaints, coordinating customer surveys and ensuring compliance in line with industry regulations. The role involves liaising with customers and staff to address concerns, analyse feedback trends and support enhancements.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in complaints handling, customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and staff.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situation with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience using and maintaining customer relationship management systems and databases

 

You will also need:

  • Advanced Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams. -
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience within aged care, healthcare, or community services sectors is highly regarded.
