Our Disability Support team is a passionate group of individuals working together to empower our clients to pursue the dignity of independence. They demonstrate the Brightwater spirit of being caring, authentic, progressive and courageous, and we welcome like‑minded support workers to join our team.
We are seeking a dedicated Casual Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team. The role will be based at one of our sites listed below, with shifts offered depending on your locality. Hours will vary based on site requirements.
South of the River: Based in Warnbro or Piara Waters, working across both sites
Central: Based in Belmont, working across multiple sites including Manning, Oat St & Belmont
North of the River: Based in Balcatta, working across multiple sites including Kingsley, Marangaroo and Balcatta

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or progress towards), or significant experience in a related setting and a willingness to undertake training
- Strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in various environments and the ability to inclusively communicate with a diverse range of people Proven customer-focused work ethic
- Strong person-centred skills and behaviours in communicating and engaging and with clients with high support needs
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and use resources effectively, safely and efficiently
- Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
