About this site:
The TRP program provides residential based community rehabilitation to clients.
The service provides 24/7 support for individuals living with acquired brain injuries and other neurological disability (eg. Huntington’s Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, GBS, FND) including those with mental health needs and other comorbidities with complex cognitive, behavioural, and physical needs. The program focuses on maximising the client’s independence and potential including meaningful community engagement; working closely with families and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to each client’s wellbeing prior to discharge into their long-term accommodation. Clients stay in the rehabilitation program for an average of 12-15 months.
