Team Lead – Engagement (Residential Aged Care)

Lead a team that helps people find the right care!

Brightwater is seeking a Team Lead to coach and support our admissions team, ensuring prospective residents, families and referrers receive a responsive, caring and seamless experience.

You’ll guide team performance, oversee workflows and help strengthen occupancy and referrer relationships across residential aged care (RAC).

The Opportunity

This is a true leadership role where you’ll coach and support a skilled team, keep workflows moving, and help deliver a smooth, responsive experience for prospective residents, families and referrers.

You’ll play a key part in strengthening admissions, supporting occupancy outcomes and building strong relationships across aged care, hospitals and community referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and support the Engagement team to deliver a responsive admissions experience
  • Drive smooth admissions and a great experience for residents, families and referrers.
  • Oversee AN-ACC, HELF and engagement workflows to support quality outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships across Brightwater and with external partners.
  • Monitor pipelines, occupancy and service performance to keep things moving.
  • Champion compliance, continuous improvement and person-centred service delivery.

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated leader who is committed to improving resident outcomes.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervisory or team lead role within aged care, health or a related sector
  • Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
  • Experience overseeing assessment or admissions workflows with a strong quality and compliance focus.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • A current National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
