We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to work at Brightwater The Cove.

The Cove is located in the beautiful setting of Mariner’s Cove in Dudley Park, within the greater Mandurah area. The Cove consists of 13 private rooms and provides high quality care for people with a range of different needs, including those with advanced dementia and high care needs.

The role:

Our Enrolled nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team which includes nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services and site administration employees. Our team delivers quality care and support that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week between Monday to Friday.

Week 1: Monday, Wednesday and Sunday PM 15:00pm - 20:00pm

Week 2: Monday through to Sunday PM 15:00 - 20:00pm.

The site:

The Cove consists of 131 private rooms that span across seven individual houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room. Expansive courtyard gardens and gazebo areas surround each of the houses, providing plenty of spaces to relax outdoors. 

To be successful you will possess the following attributes:

• Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Deliver a strong clinical care service.
• 1 plus years of aged care experience
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
• Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
