As an Enrolled Nurse in our Disability Services team, you’ll be supported from day one with a comprehensive orientation, ongoing coaching, and 24/7 access to senior staff—either on-site or by phone. We also proudly support Enrolled Nurses who are on the pathway to becoming Registered Nurses.

About the Role:

We’re currently seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our team at our Oats Street Site located in East Vic Park.

The ideal candidate is available to work a minimum of 2x shifts per week.

Shifts: AM 7:00am - 3:15pm PM Shifts: 3:00pm – 9:00pm

Week 1: Tues AM and PM, Wed PM and Friday PM

Week 2: Tues and Wed PM

*There are opportunities to work across multiple sites*

Brain injury rehabilitation can be long and challenging, but getting the right intervention and the right support – over the right time period – can be life-changing. Since 1991, Brightwater has been an innovator in the area of acquired brain injury (ABI), assisting people with an ABI to find meaning and independence. The Oats Street rehabilitation program is a purpose-built centre located in East Vic Park.

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who:

• Is registered with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
• Delivers high-quality clinical care
• Communicates effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Supports individualised care plans and holistic outcomes
• Has a compassionate, proactive approach
• Can manage workloads safely and efficiently
• Holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Has a valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
