To meet the demands of our business, we are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to work at our modern state of the art Inglewood facility.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 years' experience working in aged care.

On offer is a fixed term position working:

Week 1: Thursday   1500 – 2200   until 30/08/2025 and Friday    1500 – 2200   until 18/12/2025

Week 2: Monday   1500 – 2200   until 30/08/2025 and Friday   1500 – 2200   until 18/12/2025

The role:

Our Enrolled nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team which includes nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services and site administration employees. Our team delivers quality care and support that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life.

The site:

Our Inglewood site comprises of 128 private rooms across two floors, that span across eight individual houses. Each house has a contemporary and spacious feel, with multiple inviting living and outdoor areas, landscaped court, in addition to state-of-the-art facilities.

About you:

You will utilise your skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure that all clinical and other care needs are delivered in a safe and respectful manner that promotes the personal values of the client.
This includes, but is not limited to hygiene, personal grooming, and continence support needs; nutrition, fluid, and medication administration; mobility requirements; wound care and companionship and socialisation. You will also accept responsibility for specialist clinical portfolios which may include continence, nutrition/weight management, wound care, falls management, behaviours of concern, medication management, pain management, and infection control.

To be successful you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and valid CPR)
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
