Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Care Worker looking for a rewarding role with guaranteed hours?

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Multi Skilled Care Workers to join our Staff Relief Pool. The pool will cover planned leave across our Mandurah and Waikiki residential facilities located in our South region on a permanent part-time basis.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Available a minimum of three weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week.
  • Available for at least two different shift types (Morning/Afternoons/Night) on those days.
  • Willing to work both the Mandurah and Waikiki facilities

What you need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse backgrounds.
  • Aged-care experience.
  • An empathetic, compassionate nature with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritise workload safely and efficiently.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or equivalent).
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than one year old).
  • Evidence of NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality care and support to our clients.
  • Ensure holistic needs of clients are met according to their Care Plan.
  • Contribute to site reporting, accreditation standards, and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents.
