To meet the demands of our business, we are seeking experienced aged care Enrolled Nurses to work at our The Cove site.

About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse at The Cove, you’ll be a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, working alongside registered nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services, and site administration staff. Together, we deliver compassionate, high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a fulfilling quality of life for our residents.

About The Cove:
Located in a peaceful setting, The Cove features 131 private rooms across seven thoughtfully designed houses. We provide exceptional care tailored to a variety of needs, including advanced dementia and high-level support requirements.

  • Experienced Enrolled Nurses available for AM and PM shifts
  • Flexibility to work on short notice

About you:

About You – What You’ll Bring to the Team
You’re a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in delivering safe, respectful, and person-centred care. You understand the importance of upholding each client’s dignity and personal values in every aspect of your work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily living needs such as hygiene, grooming, continence care, nutrition, hydration, and mobility
  • Administering medications and providing clinical care including wound management
  • Offering companionship and encouraging meaningful social engagement

You’ll also take ownership of specialised clinical portfolios, which may include:

  • Continence and nutrition/weight management
  • Wound care and falls prevention
  • Managing behaviours of concern and pain relief
  • Medication safety and infection control

Your experience, empathy, and attention to detail will help ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care in a warm and supportive environment.

To be successful you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service.
  • 2 years of aged care experience
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
