This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join the The Village site in Inglewood on a permanent part time basis.

Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team. Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents.

The successful candidate will be working at The Village site; 56 private rooms across six thoughtfully designed houses, each tailored to support individuals living with dementia. Araluen House, in particular, provides specialized care for residents experiencing more complex dementia symptoms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Enrolled Nurses at The Village work across the seven days of the week with shift times of 7am-1pm, 7am-3.15pm and 3pm-11.15pm. To be considered for this role you must be available to work on weekdays. Shifts and contract hours will be negotiated with successful candidates.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care
• Supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
• Facilitating mobility and providing wound care
• Encouraging companionship and social engagement
• You will also take ownership of specialist clinical portfolios

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
• At least two years experience in aged care, with dementia care experience highly regarded
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Leadership qualities and the ability to guide colleagues with empathy
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• First Aid Certificate (within three years) and CPR Certificate (within one year)
