Due to continued growth within our organization, Brightwater is seeking a person centred Engagement Coordinator to proactively and professionally engage with clients, referrers and families to provide and ensure a consistent client experience.

 

Ker responsibilities:

  • Seeking out and acting upon growth opportunities to present, promote and sell Brightwater services and generate business growth within the HELF (Higher Everyday Living) program.
  • Adopting case management approaches to provide professional and detailed engagement.
  •  Performing comprehensive client assessments and consolidating all relevant factors including level of support and predicted funding to properly qualify clients to services.
  • Ensuring proactive communication of all Brightwater service offerings to external stakeholders, including hospital staff, family members and other decision makers.
  • Identifying cross selling opportunities and maintaining strong follow up channels.
  • Planning and coordinating site tours, open days and contributing actively towards other promotional business activities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualified and suitably registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Advanced assessment experience with assessing customer requirements both clinically and logistically (allocating and organizing support plans)
  • Suitable health industry case management experience
  • Exceptional customer service and selling skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills with demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the aged care, community care and health support sectors with a drive towards continuous learning and keeping up to fate with funding changes and industry impacts.
  • Experience in managing resources and services within a designated budget and timeframe.

 

You will also need:

  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
  • A valid “C” Class drivers license as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT)
