The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Service Managers to lead our dynamic residential aged care facilities across Perth’s central and northern regions.

These permanent, full-time leadership positions offer the chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence.

As a Service Manager, you will oversee clinical care, financial performance, staff leadership, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll work core business hours Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Opportunities available:

Brightwater Madeley: Built on the concept of a social model of care, features 110 private rooms all joined by open-plan social spaces. designed to feel welcoming and homely. Every house features its own living, kitchen, and dining areas, complemented by beautiful gardens and gazebo spaces for outdoor relaxation.

Brightwater Inglewood: Developed on our expertise in best practice residential aged care, our flagship site Brightwater Inglewood is located within Brightwater Central, a community campus that includes our head office, world-class Brightwater Research Centre and our established residential aged care home. Brightwater Inglewood is home to 128 residents in eight individual houses, across two levels.

Brightwater Birralee: Located in Innaloo, supports 30 permanent residents and 30 transitional care clients. The site offers high-quality services tailored to diverse individuals requiring ongoing care; including those with advanced dementia and complex care needs. The successful candidate for this role will also enjoy the rewarding nature of the goal directed reablement focus of Transition Care and the acute clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large, diverse team to deliver high-quality, client-centred care.
  • Manage operational, financial, and human resources effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with accreditation and aged care reforms.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager, with AHPRA registration (desirable).
  • Strong commitment to safe, high-quality care and a client-focused approach.
  • Sound knowledge of aged care accreditation, federal and state reforms, and quality improvement processes.
  • Proven ability in managing budgets, recruitment, performance, and training, with a solid understanding of safety and employment legislation.
