Due to continued growth within our organization, Brightwater is seeking an IT Business Support Officer to join our caring team! Become a vital team member that coordinates administrative processes and supports the wider IT function!   

Ker responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administration support to the IT leadership team.
  • Preparing correspondence, compiling reports, taking meeting minutes and managing departmental communications.
  • Managing the departments procurement and expense processes and raising purchase orders.
  • Coordinating meetings and events across the wider IT team.
  • Supporting day-to-day IT operations through departmental administration which includes handling incoming correspondence, record-keeping and filing.  
  • Working in conjunction with the IT service desk team to manage, track and respond to requests within the IT Service Management platform.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong experience supporting a team with non-technical administrative functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and facilitate good relations with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solution-focused and self-motivated to improve efficiencies and produce deired outcomes.

You will also need:

  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
  • A valid drivers license as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT)
