Residential Aged Care – TCP | Permanent part time (0.2 FTE)

Lead with purpose and make an impact in the everyday lives of our clients in Residential Aged Care.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team, delivering high-quality, client-centred care across our Residential Aged Care Service

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that support clients to achieve their goals and optimise their mobility, comfort, and wellbeing.

This is a great opportunity for a physiotherapist seeking flexible, part-time work (0.2 FTE) while contributing to impactful care within our successful Transitional Care Program (TCP)

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess clients and develop individualised, goal-based physiotherapy plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and comfort
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Support and guide Therapy Assistants and students where required
  • Educate clients, families, and staff on treatment plans and safe practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality care outcomes

What you’ll bring  

  • Current Ahpra registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment, care planning, and intervention delivery
  • Strong communication skills with a person-centred approach
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working with clients with complex needs within a hospital setting is highly regarded
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Sound knowledge of aged care, disability or community health settings (highly regarded)

You will also need:

  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained in the last 12 months
  • Current ‘C’ Class Drivers License as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoTWA)
  • A valid NDIS clearance
