Project Management Office | Fixed Term Fulltime (12-months)  

The Opportunity

We're seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator on a Fixed Term 12-month contract to support the successful delivery of strategic projects across Brightwater. About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll provide project coordination and administrative support across Brightwater's portfolio of strategic initiatives. You'll assist with project planning, scheduling, reporting and governance activities, while helping to monitor budgets, milestones, risks and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in line with Brightwater's Project Management Framework.

You'll also contribute to change management activities and support the translation of strategic priorities into practical actions across the organisation.

This is a varied and collaborative role, offering exposure to projects across Business Services, People Services, Operations, Commercial Services and Information Technology, while working with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of projects, including timeframes, budgets, risks, outcomes and reporting
  • Developing project plans in conjunction with key stakeholders and track progress against milestones
  • Assisting in embedding project and change management best practice through Brightwater's Project Management and Change Frameworks
  • Maintaining project control registers, status reports, closure reports and other project documentation
  • Monitoring project interdependencies and flag potential conflicts of resources or timeframes
  • Preparing, editing and collating correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Executive Group in cascading strategic plans into project plans
  • Providing support to management and project teams in delivering change initiatives
  • Assisting in preparing reports and updates for committees as directed

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting end to end planning, delivery and reporting of multiple projects
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines under pressure
  • Experience working within Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Strong administrative, investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Teams and MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Experience within aged care, disability services or healthcare will be highly regarded but is not essential.

You will also need:

  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained in the last 12 months
