As a Brightwater Registered Nurse, working in our rehabilitation service for young people with an acquired brain injury, you will participate in orientation and coaching for your new role. You will have senior staff support on-site..

We are seeking a Level 1 Registered Nurse with demonstrated post grad experience. Preference will be given to nurses who have worked in the rehabilitation or neurology fields.  The role is Monday – Friday, AM shifts on a Permanent Full Time basis. There is some flexibility with start and finish times based around client and team needs.

Central area:

Located in East Victoria Park the Oats St acquired brain injury rehabilitation program supports clients through their individualised goal orientated rehabilitation program. By pushing the boundaries of brain science, the program has been internationally recognised for achieving breakthrough results.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver strong clinical care.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Develop and support individualised care plans and contribute to holistic client outcomes.
  • Have an empathetic and positive approach.
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on person centred care of clients.
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
