We’re currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Birralee, located in Innaloo.

Located in Innaloo, Brightwater Birralee is a suburban home for a group of 30 permanent residents and 30 transition care clients.

Birralee provides high quality care for people with a range of different needs, including those with advanced dementia and high care needs.

  • Week 1: Tues AM 7:00am – 14:15pm, Thurs and Fri PM 15:00pm – 23:15pm and Sun ND 23:00pm – 07:15am
  • Week 2: Tues AM 7:00am – 14:15pm, Thurs and Fri PM 15:00pm – 23:15pm
  • The ideal candidate can work a minimum of 2x shifts per week.

Ideal Candidate: 

We’re looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role:

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and valid CPR)
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check
