110 private rooms that span across six interlinking houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room. Gardens and gazebo areas surround each of the houses, providing plenty of spaces to relax outdoors.

What’s on Offer

• Permanent part time and fixed term opportunities available.
• Roster includes:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday NIGHT DUTY shifts 22:00pm – 07:15am

• The ideal candidate is available to work a minimum of 2x nights.
• Opportunity to work night shifts across other Brightwater locations*

About the Role

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care in line with individualised Care Plans.
• Deliver inclusive, person-centred care that promotes choice, independence, and quality of life.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for our clients.

What You’ll Need

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Strong clinical care capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership qualities with an empathetic and mentoring approach
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and safely
• National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) and NDIS
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) and CPR less than 12 months old.
