We’re currently looking for experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Inglewood.

Our Inglewood facility features 128 private rooms across two floors, divided into eight individual houses, creating a warm and home-like environment for our residents.

What’s on offer:

• 2 x permanent night shifts (9.45pm to 7.15am) every Monday
• Ability to pick up extra shifts when available.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care by:

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
• Working closely with clients and teams to achieve the best outcomes
• Supporting care aligned with individualised care plans
• Promoting choice, independence, and quality of life

About You

We’re looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and who bring:

• Current Ahpra registration
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, empathetic leadership style
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively

You will also have:

• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• A First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
