On offer is a fixed term contract working: AM shifts 07:00am - 15:15pm, commencing 25.03.2025 - 24.12.2025 (with possibility of extension*)
The ideal candidate is available to work all required shifts:
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Week 2: Monday and Wednesday.
With additional permanent Tuesday AM shifts available*
Brightwater Redcliffe: Brightwater Redcliffe has 50 private rooms that span across six individual houses. Centrally located near the Burswood entertainment district, Brightwater Redcliffe is a peaceful, suburban home, providing high quality care for people with medium level needs.
The Role:
This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.
