Registered Nurse – Casual | Dementia Care The Village, Inglewood

We are seeking compassionate and flexible Registered Nurses (Casual) to join our specialised dementia care team at The Village in Inglewood. We are particularly interested in nurses with weekday availability across AM, PM and night duty shifts.

About the Role

As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, responsive, and person-centred clinical care across a variety of shifts.

You will:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care
• Support residents with complex dementia-related needs
• Respond effectively to clinical changes and behaviours of concern
• Promote dignity, comfort and safety in a home-like setting
• Collaborate with care staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care

About You

You are a caring and adaptable clinician who enjoys variety and thrives in a team-focused environment.

You will demonstrate:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
• Experience in aged care and/or dementia care (highly regarded)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work across weekday AM, PM and/or night shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• A commitment to person-centred, respectful care

Compliance Requirements

• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
