We are seeking a Scheduler to join our Brightwater At Home team on a Permanent full-time basis, commencing immediately.
Reporting to the Administration Service Lead, you will ensure all client services are provided in accordance with their package level and provide Community Support Workers and Domestic Assistants with their rosters. You will be highly motivated ensuring our clients remain at the forefront of everything we do.
Our Schedulers work varying shifts for operational purposes. During you 3-month probation period this role is based in the office, Monday - Friday completing 9am - 5pm and 8am - 4pm shifts. After you have successfully completed your probation, you will rotate through various shifts between 6am and 8pm Monday to Friday. There will be weekends shifts (whilst working from home) on a rotational basis.
