We are currently looking for an energetic Scheduler who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Whilst working in this rewarding role you will be the first point of contact for all Brightwater at Home clients and employees; providing exceptional customer service via different channels to resolve any issues and ensure client care is delivered seamlessly.

This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight. You may be required to work varying shifts for operational services. During your three-month probationary period this role is based in our head office located in Inglewood, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm and 8am – 4pm shifts.   

After you have successfully completed your probation, you will rotate through various shifts between 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday. There will be weekend shifts (whilst working from home) on a rotational basis.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience providing professional telephone support in a call centre or customer focused environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and able to assist with client enquiries via a range of channels
  • High problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines
  • Understanding and able to carry out instructions and direction effectively and efficiently
