Service Desk Analyst

IT | Permanent full-time

Due to continued growth within our organization, Brightwater is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our caring team! Become a vital team member that ensures the timely delivery of IT support throughout our wider business, minimising downtime and maximising productivity. 

Ker responsibilities:

  • Providing IT support to users and solving non-complex problems
  • Responding to enquiries from various sources to in a customer-focused manner to ensure that the customer issue/ request is resolved in a timely manner
  • Supporting the set-up activities of computers, printers, multifunction devices,  smartphones, tablets and other IT systems using documented patters and procedures
  • Creating and maintaining support documentation using approved templates to assist others in restoring services

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related fields (highly desirable)
  • Experience working on a Service Desk within an organization of a similar size and complexity
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Working understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

You will also need:

  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
  • A valid drivers license as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT)
