The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our vibrant residential aged care site. This is a full-time leadership position that offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence.

As a Service Manager, you will oversee clinical care, financial performance, staff leadership, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll work core business hours Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Opportunity available:

Brightwater Madeley offers 110 private rooms across six interconnecting houses, each designed to feel welcoming and homely. Every house features its own living, kitchen, and dining areas, complemented by beautiful gardens and gazebo spaces for outdoor relaxation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large, diverse team to deliver high-quality, client-centred care.
  • Manage operational, financial, and human resources effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with accreditation and aged care reforms.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager, with AHPRA registration (desirable).
  • Strong commitment to safe, high-quality care and a client-focused approach.
  • Sound knowledge of aged care accreditation, federal and state reforms, and quality improvement processes.
  • Proven ability in managing budgets, recruitment, performance, and training, with a solid understanding of safety and employment legislation.
