Brightwater is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role will see you partner with the business to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop talent pipelines, and support the recruitment team while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Reporting to the Attraction and Acquisition Lead, you'll leverage your expertise in talent sourcing, ensuring a positive candidate experience and upholding Brightwater's brand reputation.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable) and essential experience in generalist HR or recruitment roles.
  2. Strong understanding of strategic recruitment plans, best practices, and recruitment methods from agency and/or internal experience within Aged care / Homecare /Disability / Allied health / Hospitality sector.
  3. Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that build and develop teamwork and establish successful working relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated experience in organising and prioritising tasks, working effectively under pressure, problem solving and meeting deadlines.
  5. Previous success in building talent pipelines and networks using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search, along with strong knowledge of recruitment systems (PageUp desirable)
  6. Knowledge and experience of values-based recruitment processes.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of industrial awards/agreements, relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including immigration processes (desirable).
  8. Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
  9. Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
