We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Administrative Assistant with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight based at our 1000 sqm commercial catering facility in Malaga.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to Catering and our Equipment Store, particularly in relation to daily operations, data entry, monthly invoicing, and document management systems and procedures, including financial software.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent computer skills, including current Microsoft Office applications, and sound knowledge of financial software packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and develop teamwork and establish successful working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines.
  • Previous customer service and administration experience with demonstrated ability to create, receipt, and process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Experience with document management systems and procedures, including the ability to accurately input data.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and act on own initiative as well as demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
  • Previous experience with Epicor and/or Concur (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a commercial environment, in particular catering services (desirable).
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable).
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 month
