The Opportunity:
Brightwater has a Clinical Nurse Manager opportunity available south of the river, at The Oaks, located in Waikiki. This 60-bed facility welcomes a diverse group of residents including people living with dementia. We are seeking an experienced Nurse with excellent leadership capabilities, to take on a Clinical Nurse Manager role.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) you will work in partnership with the site Service Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care to our clients, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework. CNMs provide clinical leadership and support to a team of health professionals, promoting holistic care to clients in a way that reflects Brightwater’s Mission and Values.
As a well-established and diverse organisation, we can offer opportunities for the right clinical professionals to lead a clinical team within residential aged care. You will be supported to progress in your CNM role, and to develop your skills in aged care nursing and in clinical leadership.
About you:
We are seeking a passionate candidate who can bring their skills and experience to our newest facility. Our CNM positions are offered to clinical nurses, or equivalent, with a minimum of three years’ experience, on a permanent full-time basis.
