We are currently seeking experienced level 1.3 and above Registered Nurses to join our team at Brightwater:

The Oaks Located in Waikiki - has 60 private rooms and 1 shared room that span across four individual houses. Each house has an inviting and homely feel, with its own living room, kitchen and dining room

On offer is secure part time position working the ideal candidate is available to cover all required shifts with the ability to pick up extra shifts*:

Week 1 Wednesday 15:00pm - 23:15pm and Friday 16:00pm - 16:00pm - 22:00pm

Week 2 Tuesday and Wednesday 15:00p23:15pm

The Role:

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check
