We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Disability Services team at Brightwater Piara Waters, supporting people living with Huntington’s Disease. Brightwater Piara Waters is both the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider, offering specialist, person-centred care in Perth’s south-east metropolitan area.
 
About the Role
As a Brightwater Disability Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team and receive:
  • Comprehensive orientation and role-specific coaching
  • 24/7 senior clinical support, on-site or via phone
Shifts available Permanent Part-Time Position
  • AM: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • PM: 2:45pm – 9:15pm
Roster Pattern:
  • Week 1: Tuesday 7:00–3:00, Friday 2:45–9:15
  • Week 2: Tuesday 7:00–3:00, Wednesday 2:45–9:15
Additional casual shifts are also available !!!
 
About You
You are a caring and capable Enrolled Nurse who brings empathy, resilience and professionalism to every shift. You will have:
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care
  • Experience with the behavioural and physical impacts of Huntington’s Disease (highly regarded)
  • Confidence supporting severe dysphagia, wound care, PEG feeding, and high-intensity support
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A person-centred approach, supporting individualised care plans and holistic outcomes
  • The ability to prioritise workload safely and efficiently
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR
