Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact? Brightwater is currently seeking dedicated Level 1.4 and above Registered Nurses to join our team north of the river at our Kingsley facility.

About Kingsley: 

Our Kingsley site is a well-respected Transitional Aged Care (TCP) facility, offering short-term accommodation and support for individuals transitioning from hospital to home or residential care.

Current Opportunity: We are looking to fill night duty shifts on:

  • Week 1: Sunday 10:00 PM – 7:15 AM
  • Week 2: Tuesday 10:00PM – 7:15AM

The Role:

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Deliver a strong clinical care service
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
  • Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
  • First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old and a valid CPR certificate)
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
