Team Lead – Engagement (Disability & Brightwater at Home)

Join Brightwater and help drive meaningful connections for people accessing disability and home care services. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Engagement to lead client growth and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience across our services.

Reporting to the Manager – Engagement Services, you’ll lead the Disability Engagement and Brightwater at Home (BaH) Sales & Engagement teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance team leadership, stakeholder engagement and complex client assessment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing engagement team
• Drive client acquisition strategies across disability and home care services
• Build and maintain strong referral networks across hospitals, community services and government stakeholders
• Support complex client assessments and ensure smooth, person-centred onboarding
• Monitor enquiry pipelines, conversion rates and team performance
• Ensure compliance with NDIS and Home Care funding frameworks

About You

• Proven leadership experience in disability, aged care or community services
• Relevant qualifications within Nursing & Allied health with current AHPRA registration or AASW membership, or relevant health sector experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business development capability
• Experience in client assessment, case management or service intake
• Sound knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages or community care programs
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
