Join the Brightwater Inglewood residential care team as an experienced Enrolled Nurse in a part-time or casual role.

In this role, you’ll be a valued member of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents’ choice, independence and quality of life.

Our Brightwater Inglewood site comprises 128 private rooms across two floors, arranged into eight individual houses, and features an on-site café. Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse you are responsible for two houses of 32 residents.

Enrolled Nurses at Inglewood work across a seven-day roster, with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 10 pm. To be considered for a part-time or casual role, you must be available for at least three days per week across these shift times. Shift patterns and contracted hours will be negotiated with successful candidates.

Candidates may also be considered for similar future vacancies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with hygiene, grooming and continence care
  • Supporting nutrition, hydration and medication administration
  • Facilitating mobility and providing wound care
  • Encouraging companionship and social engagement
  • Taking ownership of specialist clinical portfolios

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • At least two years’ experience in aged care; dementia care experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to guide colleagues with empathy
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • A current First Aid Certificate
