The Role

Working alongside nursing, allied health, hospitality, and administration teams, you will deliver person-centred care that promotes choice, independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Medication administration and clinical care
• Personal care and support with activities of daily living
• Wound care and health monitoring
• Supporting mobility and rehabilitation goals
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and clients
• Contributing to a positive and safe care environment

About Brightwater Birralee

Located in Innaloo, Brightwater Birralee is a welcoming and vibrant site supporting:

• 30 permanent residential aged care residents
• 30 transition care clients

The site provides specialised support for people with complex care needs, including advanced dementia.

About You

You are a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident working across a range of clinical and support needs.

Essential Requirements

• Current Ahpra registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Strong clinical assessment and care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Current National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
• Current First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) and valid CPR
• Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check

Desirable

• Previous experience in aged care or community care
• Experience supporting people living with dementia
