This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the The Oaks site in Waikiki on a permanent part time basis.

Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team. Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents.

The successful candidate will be working at The Oaks site; a 61 bed home for a diverse group of residents, including those living with dementia.

This is a permanent part-time role working 30 hours per fortnight with a PM shift on Friday and Saturday each week 3pm-11pm. To be considered for this role you must be available to work both these shifts each week.

Candidates will be considered for future similar vacancies.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care
• Supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
• Facilitating mobility and providing wound care
• Encouraging companionship and social engagement
• Ownership of specialist clinical portfolios

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
• At least two years experience working as an Enrolled Nurse, with dementia care experience highly regarded
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Leadership qualities and the ability to guide colleagues with empathy
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• First Aid Certificate (within three years) and CPR Certificate (within one year)
