The Opportunity

Lead Brightwater’s significant disability services portfolio and make a lasting impact. As General Manager – Disability Services, you will guide Supported Independent Living, Capacity Building and Transitional Rehabilitation services—helping people achieve greater choice and independence. Combining strategic influence with hands-on leadership, you will grow sustainable, contemporary services that meet evolving client and community needs.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will turn strategy into measurable impact across operations, workforce, finance, quality, compliance and growth. You will inspire a high-performing leadership team, strengthen service integration and participant pathways, and position the portfolio for success in an evolving NDIS and health landscape.

What you’ll bring  

  • Senior leadership experience in disability, health or community services.
  • A strong record leading complex portfolios and delivering operational, financial and people outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of the NDIS, contemporary service models, quality, compliance and risk.
  • The courage to lead change, unlock potential and build accountability, innovation and collaboration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and commitment to person-centred outcomes.
  • Clear, influential communication and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure.
  • Relevant degree qualifications in business and/or health.
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
  • A current valid WA driver’s licence.
  • Successful completion of Key Personnel checks, including bankruptcy clearance.
