Position Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Services member passionate about supporting clients with high-care needs to join our recently opened Aylesford House, Supported Independent Living (SIL) home located in Marangaroo.

As part of our Brightwater Disability team you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to actively promote choice, control and quality of life for our clients.

We currently have a permanent part time contract working 24 hours per fortnight Tuesday & Fridays (8am-2pm).

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

  • A caring and positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a related setting
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary and homely environment
  • Providing a quality meal experience for our clients
  • Ordering and maintaining cleaning and kitchen stock
  • Providing an efficient laundry service

Hotel Services team members uphold FoodSafe and other health codes and regulations by providing a high quality service.
