Join our Brightwater At Home team as a Scheduler!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy solving problems to make a real impact in people's lives? 

We're currently looking for two energetic Schedulers who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be offered on a 6-month fixed term contract with the option to extend to permanent should you be the right person for the role.

Reporting to the Administration Service Lead, you act as the first point of contact for all Brightwater at Home clients and employees providing exceptional customer service via different channels to resolve any issues and ensuring client care is delivered seamlessly.

As a Scheduler you may be required to work varying shifts for operational services. During your 3-month probationary period this role is based in the office, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5pm and 8am – 4pm shifts.  

After you have successfully completed your probation, you will rotate through various shifts between 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday. There will be weekend shifts (whilst working from home) on a rotational basis.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience providing professional telephone support in a call centre or customer focused environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and able to assist with client enquiries via a range of channels
  • High problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines
  • Understanding and able to carry out instructions and direction effectively and efficiently
