Hotel Services Team Members- Aged Care

Oxford Gardens, Joondalup | Permanent Part-Time

Brightwater is seeking dependable and experienced Hotel Services team members to join our residential aged care team at Oxford Gardens in Joondalup. A range of permanent part-time shifts is available across weekdays and weekends.

About the Role:

In this practical, hands-on role, you will help deliver essential kitchen, cleaning and laundry services that support the comfort, wellbeing and daily needs of our residents.

To be considered, you must have strong experience across kitchenhand, cleaning and laundry services, together with the flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts as required.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a comparable role, including commercial kitchen duties; experience in aged care or a similar environment is highly regarded
• Knowledge of food preparation, safe meal handling and presentation
• A sound understanding of food safety practices, including temperature control and food danger zones
• Familiarity with the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) framework
• Experience delivering cleaning and laundry services
• A caring and positive approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting older people
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks, remain effective under pressure and solve problems appropriately

Mandatory Requirements:

• Availability to work a flexible roster across weekdays and weekends
• A current National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
