Casual Hotel Services Roles – Aged Care | Joondalup (Oxford Gardens)

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Hotel Services team members to join our residential aged care team at our Oxford Gardens site in Joondalup. A variety of casual shifts are available across weekdays and weekends to support operational needs. Availability across both is essential.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role supporting essential services within our facility, including kitchen, cleaning, and laundry duties.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

To be successful, you must have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, including commercial kitchen duties (aged care or similar setting preferred)
• Knowledge of cooking and food preparation, including safe meal handling and presentation
• Understanding of food safety practices, including temperature control and danger zones
• Familiarity with International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) levels
• Experience in cleaning and/or laundry services
• A caring, positive attitude and commitment to supporting older people
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and problem-solve effectively

Mandatory Requirements

• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
• Current National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
